InnerSystem Software neither assumes nor accepts any liability, blame, or
focused hatred for any damage, inconvenience, loss, karmic downturn or
other bad stuff caused or abetted in whole or in part by software produced
by the company, whether real, virtual, actual or imaginary, factual or
fantasy, regardless of source, colour, spin, or strangeness. Only you can
determine how the product works with your software or product - so only
you can determine the fit and the fitness of this software for your purpose.
Only you can ensure that enough and proper testing is done to ensure proper
operation.

EVALUATION version:

You may download and use the non-registered version of LUTHOR for evaluation
only. You may not use the library or any generated .H files for distribution
or ongoing internal or personal use. You may not reverse-engineer or attempt
to remove the nagware component. Bad programmer.

You can distribute the evaluation version zip file freely; in fact I
encourage it :-). But you may NOT modify the evaluation file.
(exception: recognized archive sites such as Garbo and SimTel have a policy
of changing the ZIP header. I can live with that.)

REGISTERED version:

With the registered version, you receive the source code to LUTHOR. The
software is STILL the property of InnerSystem software, and you may not
distribute the source code in whole or in part. You may modify the source for
personal use, or for distribution of the modified object in your programs
subject to the DISTRIBUTION requirements detailed below.

DISTRIBUTION:

You may use LUTHOR to produce commercial programs, which you can then
distribute royalty-free, with the following provisos:

- You must EITHER allow the LUTHOR startup banner to be displayed for minimum
of one second, OR you must put the LUTHOR banner on the title/credits page
  of your documentation.

- Normally the LUTHOR library routines should be distributed only as part of
a linked executable. If your marketing plan involves distributing your own
source code, then you need to do the following:

  - Include your own software source code, and the .H files generated by
    LUTHOR

  - Include the LUTHOR.LIB and LUTHOR.H files, with NO SOURCE, and WITHOUT
	the LEXGEN.EXE program.

  - Include the UTILITY.LIB and associated .h files.

  - Include the LUTHOR REGISTER.TXT file so that your client can purchase
a full copy of LUTHOR if they want.

  - You can also include the evaluation LUTHOR zip file if you want. (In fact
  	I encourage it)

- I reserve the right to revoke distribution privileges for anyone who I feel
is not living up to the spirit of the license agreement. This is not
something I'd do lightly or capriciously, so unless you are one of those
persons who spends a significant amount of their time figuring out how to
'get around' things, you probably don't have to worry.

REQUEST

While this isn't a requirement, I'd like to know how and in what programs
you use LUTHOR. Even distribution numbers if you are so inclined. My
