Medic100.Zipp contains three files:

Medicine.Exe - The executable shareware program
Medicine.Doc - Program Documentation for the User
                Readme.Txt - Information for Simtel.Net Distribution

The purpose of the program is to keep track of the re-order dates
for medications. It also calculates "effective" costs and dosages. Based on
user input of costs, quantities and dosages the program will calculate the
aforesaid information and provide both screen and printer lists as well as an
Epson-format printer calendar indicating specific medications on the dates
when re-ordering is required. The calendar printout is not essential to
program operation. Obviously the program can be used for other entities
besides medicine which utilize relative costs, quantities and dosages.
The program is seen as an aid to those who maintain a somewhat large
regimen of medications which require a period of days or weeks to re-order.
Senior citizens, the disabled and Medicare patients, family and doctors
are some of the most probable candidates for use of Medicine.exe.

Installation is accomplished by simply unzipping the three files in
an appropriate directory of the user's choosing. A perusal of the extracted
Medicine.Doc will explain how the program works. The program is initiated by
typing the word, "Medicine" at the DOS prompt.

The program and its associated documentation file are SHAREWARE.
After 30 days perusal the user is required to submit a fee to the author at
the location indicated in the .DOC file as well as in the initial screen
of the program itself. When the fee has been validated a code will be sent
to the user with which he may eliminate the initial registration message
from the program.

The program is freely distributable so long as it remains intact
in its original ZIP shell or an exact copy thereof. No other files may be
included within this shell except for a brief note from the distributer
for identification purposes only and of the format, "Distributed by ...".
This program may be included in CD ROM collections and their like so
long as it is made clear to any customers that the cost of such collections
is only payment for the distributer and that the author may still be due
payment under the rules of Shareware as described above and in the individual
program files.
