New in Version 2.1

    Minor code tweaking.

The List of Exempt Users no longer requires the number of entries
as the first line. Also, there is now absolutely no limit on the
number of users except for available disk space, and if you list
is that big, REMOVE THE PASSWORD PSA!! <g>

The 15.21 file is no longer included. Now requires 15.22+

This PPE is now a part of the Intelec Software Extra's Collection.
It is still freeware, but will be distributed alongside the
popular Intelec Software Powerpak Suite. By combining these powerful
collections of Shareware and Freeware, you can find many just about
anything you'll need to make your BBS the best around!

--------

Thanks to Garry Courtney for the previous versions with source.
I'll carry on that tradition with this ppe since it's very small
        and useful.

Updated - The number of users is no longer limited to 250. Now the actual
number is a little over 2 billion. If anyone needs it bigger
(and has the memory for it) just say so <g>.

Updated - Code optimized

Updated - Recompiled with PPLC 3.20. Requires PCBoard 15.22. If you have
an earlier compiler, you can re-compile the code for your
version. I've included a version for PCBoard 15.21 for this
release only. It is named EXUSER21.PPE and must be renamed to
EXUSER.PPE if you have PCB 15.21 and want to use it.

Added - Error logging to the caller log if the DAT file is missing
or the Password PSA isn't installed (in which case you don't
        need this PPE <g>)

08-14-93 EXUSER v1.1
--------

Eliminated the .CNF file. I had originally planned to expand
on the program to allow for exempting users by security levels that
were to be listed in the .CNF file. Decided it worked just fine for
my purposes the way it is. No sense keeping a .CNF to store a single
     path.
