 Function  Sbmidi_out_shortmsg(Status,Data1,Data2:byte)     :Integer;

 Returns:  NON zero if error


 Function  Sbmidi_out_longmsg(Data:pointer; Length:Integer) :integer;

 Returns:  NON zero if error


 Function  Sbmidi_get_input                                 :Longint;

 Returns:  Zero if buffer is empty. Otherwise, the least significant
           byte contains the MIDI code and the other three bytes contains
           the time stamp.
           The time is the time different between the time when
           SBmidi_start_input is invoked.
           Function can buffer up to 2048 bytes. Bytes coming after buffer
           is full, are ignored.
