Downing Planes:
  Spitfire    6
  Hurricane   6
  Bf 109      7
  Bf 110      6
  Ju 87       5
  He 111      9
  Ju 88       10

Additional points based on plane's Pilot and disposition:
  - If a Top Ace, 300% of point value
  - If an Ace, 200% of point value
  - If plane is "non-evading", only 3 points awarded
  - Each plane "damaged" is worth 2 points

 (NOTE: For Bf 109 pilots, Top Aces have "Pink" or "Bright Red" noses
  on their aircraft.  Aces have "Yellow" noses.  All other pilots
  have "White" noses.)

Bonus for Landing at Home Airfield:
  Spitfire    6
  Hurricane   6
  Bf 109      7
  Bf 110      6
  Ju 87       5
  He 111      9
  Ju 88       10

Ground Target Scoring:
 This is based on the following formula for Direct and Near Hits:
  Ground points = (weight on target)/100 +
                  (direct hits x direct hit bonus) +
                  (near hits x near hit bonus)
 Bonuses:
           "Hits" & "Near Hits":
  Bf 109     15          5
  Bf 110     10          3
  Ju 87      15          5
  Do 17      5           2
  He 111     5           2
  Ju 88      5           2

  - For other planes in the same flight group:
     (weight on target)/200
  - If you are flying escort for the bombers:
     (weight on target)/200
  - Score for bombs dropped by other planes on your side:
     (weight on target)/300
  - For each ship sunk: 20 points

Points are LOST for the following:
                  Bomber   Non-Bomber
  - Lost Leader     5          25
  - Lost Wingman    3          15

  - If escort and bomber are lost: 20 points
  - If escort and plane in flight group you are to protect: 40
  - Each time you hit a friendly plane: 1
  - Your plane is damaged: 4
  - Your plane is lost: 10
  - If Intercept mission, you loose by the formula:
     (weight on target/100)
