by the terms of this License agreement.

This package is made up out of 7 files:
1) AS2000.dll  (Shared dll)
2) ASErr.dll  (Shared dll)
3) AutoExit.chm  (Compiled html help-file)
4) AutoExit.exe  (The main executable)
5) Journalist.exe  (Bug Journalist)
6) Readme.rtf  (This file)
7) Seng.bin  (Core file)

Installation
Just place the files in a directory and start up AutoExit.exe.
To remove AutoExit, set the AutoStart feature OFF and delete all the files
(the files that are in the package, see above.)

To run AutoExit properly, you need:
* Minimum Comctl.dll v4.70 (See the info in the section "Needed Files")
* Html Help (See the info in the section "Needed Files")
* Windows 95 or 98 or NT or 2000
* 2Mb RAM

Needed Files

This file is from () - .) Microsoft and is needed to run the application,
when you get the error that you have a version smaller than the one that is
needed then you will have to follow these steps:
? Reboot your pc in DOS mode.
? Copy the file Comctl32.dll (new version) to the directory Windows\System.
? Start windows.
? It should now work.
The file can be found at the site of Microsoft or you can just search the
internet for Comctl32.dll and find many links. The file is not included to
save downloading time because most people have the good version.

If you have one of the first versions of Windows, then the Compiled HTML is
not included.
Compiled HTML Help is the new help-standard from Microsoft that replaces the
HLP-files.
To install Compiled Html Help you need to download this file from Microsoft
at the location:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/author/htmlhelp/localize.asp
If the link is broken, just search the Internet for hhupd.exe and you will
find lots of links to this file.

3.01 Fixed problems with the Options Dialog, sometimes gave a crash.
Changed maximum input of Timed Dialog to 20 secs due to crash in when time
was longer than 20secs.
Fixed a check that looked if the date set was lower than current date, but
failed to work when the dates where the same.
Fixed some spelling errors.
Date-control has no dropdown box anymore it's now an up/down control. (Date
was not correctly
  updated the first time on activation, when the dropdown box was closed it
was set to the current date.)
Fixed problem that AutoExit would not start up, without ever showing the
application, this was caused by the time separator, usually this is ':' but
sometimes '.' this caused a crash, now all separators are supported.
3.02 Added functionality to stop the Explorer process prior to shutdown on
Windows 95/98, this to avoid that sometimes the computer hung on the exit
screen.
Fixed problem that you first had to show the main dialog to start up the
Network Connection.
Fixed problem that the Hibernate feature for Windows 2000 placed the system
in SUSPEND mode instead of Hibernate.
The Sleep time edit-control could not be operated, due to the fix of the
20secs problem in 3.01.
