1. Overview         

WhatDayS - it is two calendars popups. You indicate them date, 
program considers a number of days between these dates. Also, 
you may indicate a number of days and some date, program will 
show you necessary a date. Possible include(exclude) weekdays 
and holidays.

Intended for:   for anyone who wants  who calculate interest rates 
dates.

System requires: Win 95/98/2000/NT

2. Registration

WhatDayS is a shareware ($15 US). You must read and accept the terms 
detailed in the license.txt file before you can use this software. 
Evaluation period is 10 days.  An ordering information is provided in
the file order.txt for the purpose of registering this software.


Version of WhatDayS that you've downloaded haven't feature-limited.

You must register first to get a legal version.

3. Installation 

1. Creat any folder(directory)
2. Place there file whatdays.zip
3. Unzip archive file whatdays.zip in the directory and run file whatdays.exe .

4. Short instruction            

First, run WhatDayS.exe

A) To calculate the number of days between two dates:
- Use top row date pickers. Click left button on the first date  or fill out 
  the date field  manually;
- Click left button on the second date or fill out the date field manually.
  Then you see result.

B) To calculate next date:
- Use bottom row date picker.Click left button on the date  or fill out the
  date field manually;
- Input in the middle field  number days. In the right fields you see result.
  Possible set negative number of days also.

In both events, you may include (exclude) some weekdays and holidays.
