Dear newly acquired Yak owner,
Welcome to Feedbak Yak 2003, the easiest, fastest,
tastiest way to complete post-auction Feedbak without
worrying about spelling or creative descriptive
writing. It's all done for you.

Feedbak Yak works on a Windows[R](1) desktop; win95,
win98, win2000, winXP.

Why Use Feedbak Yak 2003?
----------------------
As a Seller or a Buyer, what you say in Feedbak about others
reflects upon your own profile in the example of eBay[R](2)

Yak saves you time by either producing finished feedback lines or
creating enough words for you to work with and tailor for specific
needs.

If you are a power seller you'll appreciate just how time
saving the Yak can be. The main window remains OnTop
as you click through the various website feedbacks per trade.
No more boring templates. Be creative everytime.
Assess the tone of your output, select the
appropriate Type (ie, Concise), and hit the Yak button.
The entire process takes seconds. Adjust visually with the
mouse for tailored output. No typing required.

Quick Start:
----------------------
0. Unzip if required.
1. Double click FeedYak.exe
2. Click button named "Yak" (near the "Copy" button).
3. A line of text has appeared.
4. On the Feedback webpage, right-mouse click cursor over
empty Feedback line. Select Paste. Alternatively choose
Ctrl + v.

Summary:
You have just completed some 'Feedbak'. If another process has
overridden the clipboard and you were not able to paste,
click the "Copy" button on Feedbak Yak 2003 and repeat from point 4.
Or use the Copy button whenever manually editing a Yak's Feedbak.

About The Tongue:
----------------------
The Tongue is your interface to changing text without having to
type. Simply put, the Tongue is a graph of the current
text length. A line of text is determined by Type. Sections
of the Tongue may be Frozen (Checkboxes) to keep existing
sentence elements whilst adjusting others. Sections may be
skipped by making the Tongue lowest. Though this may alter
the tone of a sentence, its syntactic verity will remain.

Types are as follows:

A. Classic
B. Emotive
C. Exhuberant
D. Flat
E. Chatty
F. Concise

Click any Node (Colored Square) and push with the mouse to
raise or lower it.

How it all fits together:
----------------------
A Type influences the current Tongue. In effect you have seeded
a random range that reacts once you click the "Yak" button. Successive
Yak button pressing will return variants within the limitation
you have set.

Limitations:
----------------------
Feedbak generates an approximate 80 character line. Limitations are
used with online auction sites to save on bandwidth and database
sizes. 80 characters is deemed enough to express a post-auction
sentence. Character Count shows : >80; =80; <80;

Only positive remarks are generated.

The Meaning of + 100, +|- 0 and -100:
----------------------
From the Edit menu you may select Most or Even or Least values
for any of Beginning, Middle or End Sections. They appear as the
numeric symbols used above. -100 exludes a section altogether.

Mind Your Language:
----------------------
Selecting either European or American English from the View menu
ensures correct spelling.

Closing:
----------------------
Either : Select Exit from File menu.
Or : Press 'X' on the top-right of application.
Or : Hold 'ALT' and press 'F4'.
