INSTALL:
Simply unzip SoundPad.ZIP into the desired directory and run the SoundPad.EXE 

STATUS:
This program is freeware but we do accept donations.
Feel free to distribute freely the SoundPad.ZIP file in unmodified form.


Sound Pad is a full featured sound wave editor for Windows 95, NT and 3.1. Sound Pad has been an on going project for several years. It began its life as a piece of test code for other audio projects. The current incarnation has required many hours of hard work to polish its exterior to that of a releasable product. If there are any comments or suggestions, (bugs?) please send e-mail to menace @ unforgettable.com, and I will try to respond as best I can.

  Pasting and mixing effects automatically take advantage of ACM and format conversion.  
  Allows full editing of compressed sound formats.
