System Requirements:
--------------------
Scope 3.2 will work on a 386, I think, but it takes
a 486/50 or above to have good frame rates.
Scope 3.2 is a DOS program, it may or may not work
under Windows 95. If you encounter problems using
the program under Windows 95, you should try using
the "DOS-Mode".
A Soundblaster (-compatible) is not required, but
without, the animation will be completely random.
No Sense.

What is "Scope" ???
-------------------
Scope does scan the input(s) of the Soundblaster (TM)
or -compatible Soundcard for music. It can be
supplied through the line or mic input, or you may
use internal pc devices as cd-player or midi music.
Then, Scope will try to "find" the rhythm of the
music and create an animation matching the music.
The animation is displayed real-time, so while
listening to the music you can watch the animation!

Getting Started...
------------------
Very simple. Just start the music and run Scope!
You will be asked to enter the "basic adress" of
your Soundblaster, which may be 220 or 240.
After that, a small screen will appear explaining
the keys you may use during the animation.
Pressing any key will start the animation.
Pressing the ESC key will exit.

Problems?
---------
You can NOT run Scope while playing an audio file
(.WAV, for example) at the same time!
If you do only see a blank screen after a few
seconds and nothing happens, you should check the
input (!) levels. "Why, I hear music, the levels
are ok." NO! If you hear music, the output levels
are ok, but the input levels may still be wrong.
If you still have problems, contact me (adress
see below).

"Program Status"
----------------
Scope 3.2 is Freeware as long as you use it
only for private purposes. If you want to
use it commercially, contact me.
You are allowed to make as many copies of this
software as you wish and to give exact copies
of the original version to anyone. These copies
must contain:
  scope32.exe - executable file
  readme.txt - documentation
