                Gold'N Years Retirement Funds Analysis
Maristream, Inc.; 2015 Franklin; N. Little Rock, AR 72114

DEFINITION OF SHAREWARE

Shareware distribution gives users a chance to try out software before
they buy it. If you try out this Shareware program and continue using
it, you are expected to register it by sending in your payment of $10.99
(US) for it to Maristream, Inc., at the above address (except if it is
covered by a site license, described below).

Copyright laws apply to both Shareware and commercial software, and the
copyright holder retains all rights, with a few specific exceptions as
stated below. Shareware authors are accomplished programmers, just like
commercial authors, and the programs are of comparable quality. (In both
cases, there are good programs and bad ones!) The main difference is in
the method of distribution. The author specifically grants the right to
copy and distribute the shareware version of this software to any and all
groups, companies, and people, so that others get a chance to try it out,
and, hopefully, find it useful and register it with the author. All files
included with this software must remain together and intact with no modifi-
cations of their contents, except for the installation routine, which may
be modified as necessary by shareware distributors to conform to their
collection's distribution and installation requirements.

Shareware is a distribution method, not a type of software. You should
find software that suits your needs and pocketbook, whether it is commer-
cial or Shareware. The Shareware system makes fitting your needs easier,
because you can try before you buy. And, because the overhead is low,
prices are low also. Shareware has the ultimate money-back guarantee -
if you don't use the product, you don't pay for it.

DISCLAIMER - AGREEMENT

Users of Gold'N Years must accept this disclaimer of warranty: "Gold'N
Years is supplied as is. The author disclaims all warranties, expressed
or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchanta-
bility and of fitness for any purpose. The author assumes no liability
for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of
Gold'N Years."

Gold'N Years is a "shareware program" and is provided at no charge to the
user for evaluation. Feel free to share it with your friends, but please
do not give it away altered or as part of another system. The essence of
"user-supported" software is to provide personal computer users with quality
software without high prices, and, yet, to provide incentive for programmers
to continue to develop new products. If you find this program useful and
continue to use Gold'N Years after a reasonable trial period of around 30
days, you must make a registration payment of $10.99 to Maristream, Inc. The
$10.99 registration fee will license one copy for use on any one computer
at any one time. You must treat this software just like a book. An example
is that this software may be used by any number of people and may be freely
moved from one computer location to another, just so long as there is no
possibility of it being used at more than one location at the same time,
just as a book cannot be read by two different persons at the same time.

Commercial users of Gold'N Years must register and pay for their copies
of Gold'N Years within 30 days of first use or their license is withdrawn.
Site-License arrangements may be made by contacting Maristream, Inc., and
may include a custom (text) splash screen in place of the current initial
screen, which is free for purchasers of 50 or more copies, or $20 per site
license for lesser amounts. Custom versions of Gold'N Years are covered
by the same copyright as Gold'N Years itself (which will still be stated
on the splash screen), and may be given away freely and/or re-sold for
not more than cost to your customers as a service from you in accordance
with the quantities specified by the site license agreement, but may not
be re-distributed or given away to others by your customers. The site
license payment will cover the payments usually sent in for individual
registrations, but does not cover materials, duplication, packaging,
shipping, handling, and/or other distribution costs, which are the
responsibility of the commercial licensee, unless covered under a
separate duplication agreement.

Anyone distributing Gold'N Years as part of a library or collection of
shareware programs is encouraged to contact Maristream, Inc., and supply
their address and contact information (especially, for e-mail) so that
the distributor can be kept up-to-date with information about the latest
version of Gold'N Years. The current preferred method of distributing
updates is through SimTel, where you will be able to download updates
from the msdos/finance directory at SimTel or its mirror sites.

You are encouraged to pass along copies of Gold'N Years to your friends for
evaluation. Please encourage them to register their copy if they find that
they can use it. If you have a custom version of Gold'N Years, you can get
an unregistered copy of the shareware version of it on a 3.5" diskette for
$2.50 shipping and handling from Maristream, Inc., to pass along to your
friends (supply the name of the commercial licensee when ordering), or, you
can get a registered copy on diskette for $10.99 + $2.50 S&H.

USER SUPPORT

Registered users of Gold'N Years may contact us at the address given at
the top of this file concerning any questions, problems, or suggestions
for or with Gold'N Years. These comments should be about the program
itself - we do not give financial advice! Bear in mind that the results
calculated by Gold'N Years are only estimates, since rates of return,
inflation, raises, and other factors can be highly variable and affect
your actual outcome significantly.

Registered users will be notified via e-mail, where possible, of updates
to Gold'N Years and where to obtain them. Your registration remains in
effect for any updates you may download, at no additional charge. Updates
via USPS mail will have a $2.50 shipping and handling charge, which is
subject to change as needed to cover those costs.
