                  VideoNexus(tm): video collection records

                                    v1.3

                                 (for DOS)

VideoNexus is a simple-to-use, efficient recordkeeping system for an
individual collection of video materials records, such as those for video
cassettes and laser discs. The materials are presented and maintained in
an attractive visually-oriented environment.

Video records are normally maintained in catalog number order, with sort
command options to arrange the collection in order of film title, star,
director, year of release, date acquired, or location.

The information is presented to the user for editing in either Table View
or Form View format. Additional records may be appended in any number
required.

On-line documentation is available at the touch of a hot-key selection.
Pop-up calculator and search utilities are provided, also via hot-key
choices.

An automatic report facility provides attractive on-screen and printed
reports, with user-selectable sorting options. An easy-to-use personalized
Video Labels printing utility for standard 1 x 3.5" Avery labels is included.
A printer selection utility provides for a wide choice of available printers.

This visually-appealing program is simple to use and offers the familiar,
intuitive features found in RCCO Research OBJECTS::NEXUS(tm) filer
applications.

The unregistered copy is fully-functional as to the features and components
found in the full registered copy; the unregistered copy allows the user
ample flexibility to satisfactorily and fully evaluate the program. The
data table does have a reasonable limitation on the number of records
that may be viewed/edited in the unregistered version.

The full registration fee is only $19.95.

VideoNexus will work on PC's with a minimum of 512k of memory, DOS 3.1 or
greater, and any video system (although there are some VGA-specific features
that are compensated for with other video cards, including monochrome).
Expanded memory will be utilized if it is present, but is not required.
Mouse support is provided; however, a mouse is not necessary to use the
program. A hard disk with 630k of available space is needed. Installation
is quick, easy, and offers an option to print out the formatted
documentation. Instructions for setup under Windows 3.1 and Windows 95
are included.
